"I am a full time student about to graduate from the University of South Carolina. I'm majoring in theatre arts and minoring in media arts. I make student films and my own personal videos all the time."

"OK, so I was flipping through the channels and found the first Star Wars was on TV. Not Episode 1. I’m talking the action-packed, heart-wrenching, “Oh no, not Porkins!” episode.
A New Hope, arguably the best of the Star Wars saga, has some interesting points in it. For example, what’s the deal with Obi-Wan? In the fight, he was matching Vader on every swing until Luke showed up. Then he completely gives up. Why did he do that? My guess is that it’s all one giant jedi mind game. He sacrifices himself to propel Luke into a vengeful rage against Vader. Otherwise, Luke must not have a strong enough reason to become a jedi knight.
But then that makes me wonder, what happened to the jedi law? You know, the whole anger leads to hate leads to the dark side thing. Obi-Wan seems to be bucking the system here. He’s using anger and hate and revenge to clinch Luke as a Jedi knight. I dunno, just something to think about.
