"I'm a recent college graduate who earned a B.A. in Theatre Arts with a concentration in Acting. I am currently trying to find work in Film and Television, but I do need to pay bills! I'm working part time at a temp agency in the area and am always looking for new things to try out!"

"My love for curry is taking over my life!

Can we just talk for a second about how brilliant Thai people are?!

My love for panang curry began 3 years ago when I lived in New York for a little while. There was a tiny, hole-in-the-wall Thai restaurant near my house and I ate there EVERY SINGLE DAY. I ordered chicken panang curry with extra carrots. It got so bad that any time I'd call, the woman taking my oder would say "extra carrots" before I could.

The obsession did not stop there. I moved back to North Carolina to finish college and hunted out the various Thai restaurants there. Panang curry is the only food I crave. It's so spicy and sweet at the same time. And the coconut milk... holy hat box, it's amazing!

I could eat the stuff day and night! I highly recommend you all find your nearest Thai restaurant and see if they make panang curry. Sometimes its called Gang Panang but, a rose by any other name.....

Try it! It's amazing! And for goodness sake, take me with you!
