Band bio:
Chris and Roger started Campfield in the summer of 2007 as a duo, playing open mics around the Charleston, SC area. We are a member of the Songwriters Guild of South Carolina and played in the first annual Rocktoberfest music festival in Awendaw, SC in Fall ’08. We play in barn jams held at that same venue in Awendaw, as well. Campfield has been playing live around the Charleston area steadily for the past two years, with 25 to 30 shows under the belt so far.
We love playing live shows and we love playing with other people, which means occasionally we bring guests. We write a lot of original material and it makes up the bulk of our setlists, with some covers thrown in for good measure. The covers range from The Beatles to Queen to Billy Joel to Bob Dylan to Hootie and the Blowfish.
Campfield released it's first full length album in June 2009 – entitled "Campfood."
