Josh Sutherland on Dec 2, 2009 Hello everybody! To continue New Home Week, I've made a video detailing some of the hidden costs associated with moving into a new apartment.
Some parts of the video are obvious, but other aspects get overlooked quite often. One of the most important parts to pay attention to when looking for a new apartment is the breakdown of utility costs.
